Industrial automation often succeeds technically before it succeeds operationally. A pilot can work while deployment, service, supply, quality and repeatability remain unresolved. FC is being built around the full lifecycle: validate the application, standardize the solution, deliver locally and support it over time.
How we are building
Our North American development is deliberately staged. The first priority is reliable execution—establishing the team, processes and capabilities needed to deliver standardized workstations with discipline around cost, quality and schedule. The next priority is repeatability: building a local operating model that can support broader deployment.
What we value
